Green River Place can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. The venue includes an indoor event hall, buffet area, prep kitchen, dressing space, restrooms, and an outdoor patio, offering flexible options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Do you allow outside vendors?

You are welcome to choose any licensed and insured vendors that best fit your vision and budget. We want you to build the team that feels right for your event. We also
offer a preferred vendor list if you’d like some local favorites.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, we do allow alcohol at Green River Place. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender
or bar service—no self-serve bars.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes. Proof of liability insurance is required for all events. You must purchase insurance from our preferred agent.

Will we have access to the venue during our planning process? 

Yes, you are welcome to schedule an appointment with our venue manager to tour the property, discuss your layout, and review planning details leading up to your event.

Is there a place to stay on-site?

Yes. The Guest House at Green River Place is available for overnight stays. It offers a comfortable and private space for wedding weekends, retreats, and guests who want to stay on the property and enjoy a relaxed experience.
